This approach comes from real industry experience. Through years of door-to-door work in roofing, our certified nano-protection installer saw that homeowners and commercial property owners were often left with only two options: do nothing or replace the roof entirely. There was very little focus on preventative preservation solutions for surfaces that still had years of life left. We created CPMJ Solutions de Surface to offer a practical mid-life protection solution across Montreal-West and the West Island, helping property owners maintain and protect their surfaces before major deterioration occurs.

With backgrounds in civil engineering, urban planning, inspections, business management, surveying, and exterior surface work, we combine technical knowledge with hands-on experience to deliver durable, straightforward service focused on long-term value.
